Welcome to the pre-survey for the National Guidelines for Workplace Suicide Prevention (National Guidelines). United Suicide Survivors International (United Survivors) and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention partnered with Research Evaluation Consulting LLC (REC) to design this survey to collect data about the impact that the National Guidelines are having on your organization.
